FIB Unhas — The Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Hasanuddin University (FIB Unhas), held a coordination meeting to prepare for the upcoming field assessment by the National Integrity Zone Assessment Team from the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (KemenPAN-RB) on Tuesday, June 2, at the FIB Unhas Senate Room. The meeting was chaired by the Dean of FIB Unhas and attended by the faculty leadership and administrative staff as part of a comprehensive institutional readiness effort.
During the meeting, the Dean announced that FIB Unhas had successfully advanced to the national assessment stage of the Integrity Zone program. This achievement is particularly noteworthy, as only six faculties within Hasanuddin University qualified for this phase. Following the assessment by the National Assessment Team, the faculty’s implementation of the Integrity Zone will also undergo further evaluation as part of the broader commitment to strengthening accountable and transparent governance.
The discussion focused on several strategic preparations, including reinforcing staff understanding of their respective duties and responsibilities, reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), improving campus cleanliness and facilities, organizing parking areas, and ensuring the delivery of excellent public services. Faculty members were also reminded to maintain compliance with institutional regulations, including the prohibition of unauthorized fees beyond official tuition payments.
The Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs congratulated the faculty on reaching this important milestone and encouraged every unit to maximize supporting evidence demonstrating the successful implementation of the Integrity Zone. Department heads were also instructed to conduct briefings with their staff to ensure all services and administrative processes comply with established standards during the assessment visit.
