FIB Unhas — The Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Hasanuddin, held a meeting for the formation and development of the Integrity Zone (ZI) Roadmap towards the “Corruption-Free Area” (WBK) and “Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Area” (WBBM) predicates on Friday (22/8), from 13.00–15.00 WITA in the 2nd Floor Senate Room.
The meeting was led directly by the Dean of FIB Unhas and attended by the team listed in the official invitation and attendance list.
The main agenda of the meeting affirmed the use of the Evaluation Work Sheet (LKE) as the framework for the six leverage areas: Change Management; Structuring of Governance; Structuring of Apparatus HR Management System; Strengthening of Accountability; Strengthening of Supervision; and Improvement of Public Service Quality.
The initial focus was directed at mapping the needs of each area based on the LKE, ensuring the developed roadmap is measurable, time-bound, and results-oriented.
The team structure was confirmed to refer to the Rector’s Decree, with Prof. Dr. Andi Muhammad Akhmar as Chair. The Vice-Chairs I–III are Dr. Ilham, Dr. Rosmawati, and Dr. Wahyuddin. The meeting agreed on aligning position terminologies and strengthening support functions—secretariat, data and documentation management, and administration—to ensure the coordination of the six leverage areas runs more effectively. These adjustments are operational and do not change the goals or scope of the Integrity Zone program.
Furthermore, it was decided to organize tasks and workflows across areas to enhance coordination agility and service quality. The details of assignments are internal, established with the principles of accountability, clarity of roles, and program continuity.
The meeting formulated a multi-layered follow-up plan. First, all Area Coordinators must map supporting evidence according to the LKE as initial capital for the roadmap development. Second, the Team Secretariat, together with the GPM-PR (Quality Assurance and Reputation Enhancement Unit), will compile a draft roadmap containing targets, indicators, programs, schedules, and resource needs. Third, the internal finalization of the draft is targeted for completion by the end of this week, Sunday, August 24, 2025, before internal dissemination through brief socialization sessions per unit. This deadline was set so the improvement process can immediately move towards implementation.
Contextually, FIB has an important track record: in 2021, FIB became the ZI pilot faculty with the best point achievement. However, in 2024, there was a decrease in ranking compared to several other faculties. This reality is used as a foundation to re-strengthen the foundations of governance, accountability, and public service quality. The ZI Roadmap is expected to be a shared compass to restore FIB’s superior position, while also ensuring a clean, effective, and serving work culture.
From a legal standpoint, the formation of the FIB Unhas ZI Team refers to Rector’s Decree No. 11030/UN4.1/KEP/2025 dated July 31, 2025, which simultaneously revokes the previous decree. With a clear legal basis, an adaptive structure, and measurable targets, FIB Unhas affirms its commitment to achieving WBK/WBBM through the collaboration of all units and the academic community.
